Aesthetic dentistry

Teeth whitening - the first step to high aesthetics. A snow–white smile is an important element, without which the picture of perfection would not be finished. What could be more attractive than a snow-white friendly smile? Unfortunately, the color of our teeth does not always correspond to our aesthetic needs. Often, even healthy, well-groomed teeth do not look like that just because of an insufficiently light color. Tooth discoloration can occur for various reasons. This includes the use of various coloring products and beverages, smoking, exposure to certain medications, chronic diseases, as well as birth defects of teeth. Fortunately, modern bleaching techniques make it possible to cope with this problem. The effect persists for 1-2 years. Professional whitening systems can minimize the side effect of this procedure, carried out under the supervision of a doctor and in a clinic. In rare cases, patients after teeth whitening may face increased sensitivity of teeth from temperature and chemical irritants. However, these sensations usually go away on their own after 1-2 days, or are removed with pastes for sensitive teeth. In some cases, deep fluoridation of the teeth may be required. This procedure, if necessary, can also be performed in our clinic.

Cabinet teeth whitening is carried out only after the procedure of professional oral hygiene.

The procedure is carried out in one visit.

In our clinic, bleaching is carried out with a gentle Opalescence-Ultra system (manufactured in the USA). Teeth are whitened by 2-3 tones without any negative consequences for the enamel.

Aesthetic restoration of teeth.

Artistic restoration of the crown part of the tooth

The dentist layer-by-layer restores all the natural structures of the tooth with the help of nanocomposite filling material, sometimes getting a better result than was given by nature.

It is not necessary to treat the artistic restoration of teeth as a banal setting of a seal. This is a much more complex procedure both in terms of time and labor costs of the doctor. The dentist here acts as an artist.

Highly artistic restorations of the front teeth allow you to achieve maximum aesthetic effect.

Microprosthetics.

Excellent results can be achieved with the help of microprosthetics (veneers and inlays). At the same time, the aesthetic result is supported by functional reliability. Fillings and linings are made of ceramics, which in structure, color and strength better match the natural enamel of the tooth than the composite material.

A dentist should never contrast beauty and health, healthy teeth should be aesthetic, it's like a garden, if the plants in it are healthy, then the garden is beautiful.

The beauty and functionality of teeth in the smile area can be ensured with the help of ceramic veneers. To date, these are the most durable, reliable and aesthetic orthopedic structures for the central group of teeth.

Veneers

Only a dentist and only with a thorough examination can detect veneers. Thin plates on the tooth enamel of the central teeth look absolutely natural. Veneers are able to give teeth an ideal shape and color.

Veneers are thin plates 0.5mm thick, designed to cover the outer surface of the front teeth. With the help of veneers, you can change the color of teeth that cannot be bleached, correct crooked or too short teeth, remove large interdental gaps, without using braces.

In order to put ceramic veneers, at least two visits to an orthopedic dentist are required. First, the teeth are ground, then an impression is taken from them, which is sent to the dental laboratory, where the technician makes veneers. At the time of construction, which may take about a week, the treated teeth are covered with temporary overlays. At the second reception, ready-made veneers are tried on and, if the patient is satisfied, they are fixed on a special material. Ceramic veneers make it possible to accurately recreate the color and transparency of natural teeth. Veneers created in the laboratory cannot be distinguished from adjacent teeth.

Owners of veneers should not forget about oral hygiene. The border between artificial material and tooth enamel becomes a kind of risk zone, where food residues can clog, where bacteria can multiply, and therefore caries can occur. Therefore, teeth covered with veneers require painstaking and regular care, especially at the joints between them and veneers. Excessive load on the teeth with veneers is also unnecessary. It is not necessary to gnaw nuts or try to use veneers as a bottle opener – this can lead to significant damage to the restoration. And most importantly, do not forget to visit the dentist regularly.

Reconstruction of the gingival margin.

With the help of unique methods of aesthetic reconstruction of the gingival margin, the doctor will restore the natural contour of the gum, altered by periodontal diseases, traumatic surgical interventions in the past. The high aesthetics of restored teeth is perceived more naturally if the contour of the gingival edge corresponds to that of healthy gums.
